GAYA KEPIMPINAN ISLAM SATU PROSES TRANSFORMASI DALAM ORGANISASI

Abstract


Transformasi merupakan satu proses perubahan yang perlu dilaksanakan oleh seorang pemimpin dalam menitikberatkan aspek Islam dalam kepimpinannya supaya setiap pengikut sedar akan tanggungjawab dan
amanah yang dipikul dalam melakukan sesuatu tugasan kerja. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur perhubungan di antara gaya kepimpinan transformasi yang mengaplikasikan pendekatan Islam dan komitmen pekerja dalam menguruskan organisasi. Kajian ini menggunakan 100 borang soal selidik yang diedar kepada pekerja yang bekerja di institusi swasta di Sarawak, Malaysia. Analisis model laluan Smart Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) telah digunakan untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Kajian ini mempunyai dua penemuan penting. Pertama, pengaruh ideal mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kedua, pertimbangan individu mempunyai hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Secara keseluruhannya, hasil kajian ini mengesahkan bahawakepimpinan transformasi merupakan salah satu penentu yang penting terhadap komitmen organisasi. Selanjutnya, perbincangan, implikasi dan kesimpulan dihuraikan dalam kajian ini.
