PENGGUNAAN MEDIA TEKS CERITA BERBAHASA ARAB DALAM MENINGKATKAN MAHARAH KALAM PADA SISWA KELAS VIII MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH SABRUN JAMIL

Abstract


The research aims to improve Maharatul Kalam using Arabic story text media for Class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabrun Jamil students using the classroom action research (PTK) method. The term PTK in English is called Classroom Action Research (PTK), which is a research activity carried out in class. This research was carried out according to PTK steps starting from the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. This research shows an increase in student Maharatul Kalam using Arabic story text media in class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabrun Jamil. The improvement can be seen from the pre-test, cycle 1, and cycle 2 results. Completeness in the pre-test was 26.67% or 4 students and incomplete was 73.33% or 11 students. So it continues with the actions of cycle 1. After the compiler uses the text, the students' Maharatul Kalam experience increases. Completeness in cycle 1 rose to 53.33% or 8 students and incomplete 46.67% or 7 students. Meanwhile, in cycle 2, students experienced an increase in Maharatul Kalam. Completion in cycle 2 rose to 86.67% or 13 students and incomplete 13.33% or 2 students. Therefore, this research was stopped until cycle 2 because the completion target reached 86.67. This research shows that Arabic texts can improve the Maharatul kalam of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sabrun Jamil students.
