Peer Review Process

Each submitted manuscript will undergo the following  peer-review process:

1. The editor performs a technical and administrative assessment of the submitted manuscript.
2. The editor delivers the manuscript that qualifies the technical and administrative assessment for the blind review process. Manuscripts not qualifying the technical and administrative assessments are returned to the authors.
3. Reviewers review the manuscript and make decisions.
4. The editor sends the reviewers’ decisions and recommendations to the authors along with the deadline for revision (if the decisions are minor/ major revision).
5. Editor sends a ready-to-publish version to the authors before the publication for approval. Once approved by the authors, the manuscript cannot be changed.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public, supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. This journal is open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to users or / institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full text articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or author.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
