ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RETENSI PENGETAHUAN MATEMATIKA PADA MATERI PECAHAN DENGAN METODE CERTAINTY OF RESPONSE INDEX SISWA KELAS 4 SD ISLAM TERPADU SITI KHADIJAH TANJUNG MORAWA T.A 2025/2026

Abstract


Based on preliminary observations conducted on September 2, 2023, at SD IT Siti Khadijah Tanjung Morawa, specifically interviews with fourth-grade homeroom teachers, one weakness in the commonly used educational evaluation system is that assessments focus solely on the correctness of answers, without considering students' level of confidence in their answers. The purpose of this study was to analyze factors influencing mathematical knowledge retention in fractions using the Certainty of Response Index method for fourth-grade students at SD IT Siti Khadijah Tanjung Morawa. Data collection used interviews and a test assessment instrument consisting of 10 validated questions. The results of the analysis showed that student knowledge retention in fractions is influenced by several key factors: understanding of basic concepts, teacher learning strategies, learning motivation, parental support, and problem difficulty.
