Integrasi Nilai Keislaman, Kemuhammadiyahan, dan Kearifan Lokal: Telaah Pustaka Model Pendidikan Holistik

Abstract


This study formulates a conceptual model of holistic education through the synergistic integration of Islamic, Muhammadiyah, and Local Wisdom values. The background is the dichotomy between religious education that lacks contextualization and the erosion of local values, and the absence of a comprehensive synthesis of these three pillars. Using a systematic literature review, this study analyzes the literature to build an integrative model. The result is the Trilogy of Values Integrative Holistic Education Conceptual Model. The foundation of this model is the Theo-Axiological foundation, a synthesis of Islamic values (as an ethical-transcendental foundation) and Muhammadiyah values (as a renewal/tajdid paradigm). Above it stand the four pillars of Local Wisdom (cosmology-ethics, ecology, symbolic expression, and local technology) as a contextual-sociological medium. The relationship between the three is symbiotic-organic: the theo-axiological foundation serves as a critical filtering framework for local wisdom, while local wisdom acts as an application laboratory that grounds universal values. This dialectic occurs in the Contextual Learning Space to achieve the goal of forming a Whole Developing Person. The practical implications of this model are transformative, demanding: (1) a shift in the curriculum to become context and problem-centric, (2) a change in the teacher's role to become a facilitator of integration and an ethnopedagogy practitioner, and (3) a redefinition of the learning environment into a community-based learning center. As a conceptual study, this research recommends further development and empirical testing to transform this theoretical framework into an operational model applicable across various Muhammadiyah school settings.
